Account fees (including small employer fees) are paid in advance and are made up of a membership charge (90%) and a support charge (10%). Fees for extra employees should be paid by the next billing date (i.e. the date that the account fees run out).
The Payroll Site Limited reserves the right to change all prices without prior notice.
On request, after cancellation of the service The Payroll Site Limited will refund all unused, pre-paid months. The Payroll Site Ltd does not refund partial months, or fees that were paid via a retailer or other third party. It is your responsibility to notify us by email if you are requiring a refund. You should contact us by email within one month of cancellation stating your full address. We may ask you questions about your account in order to authenticate your identity. Refunds will be made by cheque only.
You acknowledge that The Payroll Site Limited provides only pay processing services. You acknowledge that The Payroll Site Limited does not provide any pay advice nor any kind of legal, financial or other advice.
You further undertake that you should not base any final decision, relating to the making of any payment to your employees or to HM Revenue & Customs, on any advice that you may have received from The Payroll Site Limited. You shall not hold The Payroll Site Limited liable for any direct, consequential, incidental damage or loss of any kind arising as a result of your use or reliance on the information or pay advice given by The Payroll Site Limited.
You may enter personal information relating to employees, into the website. This information is protected by the Data Protection Act 1998, under which The Payroll Site Limited acts as a data processor and will act only under the instructions of persons authorised to use that account. The Payroll Site Limited complies with the data protection principals defined in the Data Protection Act 1998.
